MEE6 and Dyno are great at basic moderation and leveling. ngbot does all of that PLUS real AI chat with memory, a knowledge base the bot actually reads, AI-triaged tickets, and community health analytics. No other bot does churn prediction or weekly AI health reports.
Absolutely. ngbot uses slash commands, so it won't conflict with other bots. You can run it alongside anything. Most servers end up replacing 2-3 bots with ngbot eventually because it handles so much, but there's no rush.
Use /learn to paste text or upload .txt/.md files. ngbot chunks it, generates embeddings, and stores it. When members ask questions with /ask, it searches your knowledge base first and answers from YOUR content — not generic AI responses.
Claude by Anthropic. The bot uses smart model routing — Haiku for quick answers (fast, cheap) and Sonnet for complex knowledge-base queries (deeper reasoning). Enterprise plans get Sonnet for everything. You can see exactly what each query costs in your dashboard.
