These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ngbot, an AI-powered Discord bot and related services. Please read them carefully. By adding ngbot to a Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ngbot ("ngbot", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the ngbot service, based in Saudi Arabia. If you are adding or managing ngbot on behalf of a Discord server, community, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not add or use the bot.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and therefore to interact with ngbot, in line with Discord's own Terms of Service. Some regions require a higher minimum age; you must meet the minimum age required where you live. To purchase a paid plan or manage billing, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Description of the service

ngbot is a software-as-a-service Discord bot that provides features including AI chat with per-user memory, a server-taught knowledge base, smart and automatic moderation, XP and leveling, welcome messages, reaction roles, a starboard, custom commands, support tickets with AI triage, and community intelligence such as engagement and health scores, churn-risk detection, and periodic reports. Features available to you depend on the plan you are on. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how your server uses ngbot. In particular:

• You are responsible for the content you teach the bot through /learn and any content your members submit that the bot processes.
• You must configure and use the bot in a way that complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for setting and meeting your own members' expectations about how the bot is used in your community, including any disclosure your community may expect about AI features and data processing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ngbot to:

• Create, store, or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or facilitate such behavior.
• Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the AI or other features, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or prompts behind the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission.

We may take action, including suspension or removal, against servers or users that violate this section.

Subscriptions & billing

ngbot offers free and paid tiers. Paid tiers are billed in advance and, for monthly plans, auto-renew until cancelled. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases of ngbot; Paddle processes payments, handles applicable taxes and VAT at checkout, and issues receipts. We do not store your card or payment details. We may change our prices from time to time; any price change will apply to future billing periods, and we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. AI-generated content disclaimer

ngbot uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, moderation suggestions, summaries, digests, and other outputs. These outputs are assistive and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for any decisions or actions you or your moderators take based on the bot's output, and you should independently verify anything important.

Service availability

ngbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or other factors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ngbot and ngbot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ngbot and ngbot, and our officers, contractors, and partners, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the content you or your members submit or teach the bot, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time. You can stop using ngbot and end the service by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users, the service, or third parties. Removing the bot ends the service for that server; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits and indemnification) will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of ngbot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
