Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ngbot. This policy explains when you can get a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed through our payment provider.
Overview
ngbot subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly for Pro and Premium, or a single one-time payment for Lifetime). Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller, and processes all payments and refunds on our behalf. When you have a billing or refund question, you can contact us directly at hello@ngbot.ai and we will coordinate with Paddle.
14-day money-back guarantee
Your first purchase of any paid plan — Pro, Premium, or Lifetime — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ngbot for any reason, email hello@ngbot.ai within 14 days of that first purchase, include your Paddle order ID, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a detailed reason, though feedback helps us improve.
Renewals
Recurring monthly renewals are non-refundable after they occur, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because renewals are billed automatically at the start of each new period, the best way to avoid a charge you don't want is to cancel before your renewal date. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again, and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It is refundable within the same 14-day window as any other first purchase. After 14 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable, as you retain permanent access to the plan's features.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period you are currently in — we do not immediately cut off service. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period that has already started.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email hello@ngbot.ai from the email address you used to purchase.
- Include your Paddle order number (found on your Paddle receipt/email) so we can locate the transaction quickly.
- Tell us which plan and server the refund relates to.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle issues it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement or you believe you were charged in error, please ask us first at hello@ngbot.ai. We can almost always sort it out faster than a formal bank dispute or chargeback, and a quick email saves everyone time.
