About ngbot
What is ngbot?
ngbot is an Arabic Discord bot with AI. It answers your members from the rules and FAQs you add with /learn, replies in the language of the question, and includes moderation, levels, welcome messages, tickets and custom commands. There is more on the What is ngbot? page.

Getting started
How do I get started?
Add the bot and choose your server, then use /ask in any channel to try it right away. Answering from your own server knowledge takes one more step: add your rules and FAQs with /learn, or upload a file from the dashboard.
Why does it ask for so many permissions?
They cover the tools: deleting messages for moderation, managing roles for levels, creating private threads for tickets. You can remove any permission in Discord and only the feature that needs it stops working.
Do I have to use the dashboard?
For most tools, no: questions and knowledge, tickets, levels, welcomes and the moderation commands all work inside Discord. Switching AutoMod on, the log channel, the level-up message, and the bot's name and look are set in the dashboard.
Language and knowledge
Does it understand Arabic dialects?
Yes. It handles Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine and Standard Arabic, and switches to English. It replies in the tone your members use.
My server is English-only. Does it still work?
Yes. The bot works fully in English; Arabic is an addition, not a requirement.
How does the knowledge base work?
Add knowledge sources with /learn. Paste your rules and FAQs, or upload a .txt or .md file, and answers are grounded in what you added.
Can I remove a source after adding it?
Yes. In the dashboard, the knowledge base page lists every source you added, and you can remove any of them in full.
Limits and pricing
What's in the free plan?
Every core feature, plus 50 AI replies a month and 25 knowledge sections. AI moderation, ticket triage, digests and insights start on Pro.
What happens when the AI reply allowance runs out?
The bot does not stop. Ordinary commands keep working, and AI replies pause until the next usage period begins or you move to a higher plan. There are no overage fees and no surprise bill.
Is pricing per server or per person?
Per server. One price for the whole server no matter how many members it has, with no per-member fee.
How do I cancel?
One button in the dashboard opens the Paddle portal and you cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Data and privacy
Where does my server's data go?
Answers are built from your server's own knowledge base. We do not sell your data or train public models on it, and you can delete the knowledge base at any time.
Who can see my server in the dashboard?
Only you and whoever manages your server in Discord. Sign-in is with your Discord account, and access follows your permissions in the server itself.
