What is ngbot?

ngbot is an Arabic Discord bot with AI. It answers your members from your server's own knowledge, meaning the rules and FAQs you add with /learn, and it replies in the language of the question: Arabic or English. The same bot also has AutoMod, levels, welcome messages, support tickets, custom commands and a dashboard in Arabic.

Made in Saudi Arabia, and it works in any Discord server. The free plan does not expire, and paid plans are priced per server, not per member.

What does ngbot do?

• Answers from your server's knowledge. A member types /ask and a question, and ngbot answers from the rules and FAQs you added. You add knowledge with /learn, or by uploading a .txt or .md file.
• AutoMod. Catches message flooding, invite links and all-caps shouting, and records every action in a log you can go back to. AI toxicity detection is available on paid plans.
• XP and levels. Active members earn XP and levels, and each level can grant a role automatically.
• Welcome. A message you write for new members, an automatic role when they join, and an image welcome card on paid plans.
• Support tickets. A member opens a ticket, it becomes a private space where your team replies, and you follow it from the dashboard.
• Community tools. Custom commands, reaction roles, a starboard, and on-demand channel summaries on paid plans.

Arabic in ngbot

• It understands Modern Standard Arabic and the Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine dialects.
• It replies in the language of the question: an Arabic question gets an Arabic answer and an English one gets English, even when your server's knowledge is written in the other language.
• The bot's own messages are written in correct Arabic, down to plurals and number agreement.
• The dashboard is written in Arabic, right to left, and switches to English in one click.

ProBot is the best-known Arabic bot on Discord, known for custom welcome images, logs, social commands and moderation. ngbot focuses on something else: answering members' questions with AI from your server's knowledge, with the core management tools in the same bot. The two can run side by side, since each bot has its own commands.
