Billing: Prices are in USD, one plan per server. Paddle adds tax or VAT at checkout where it applies.
What counts as an AI reply: One reply means one answer delivered to a member. Work that runs in the background, such as moderation, ticket triage and summaries, does not count against your allowance.
When the allowance resets: The counter resets on the first day of each calendar month, UTC. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Knowledge sections: A section holds up to 500 characters, and consecutive sections overlap, so each one adds about 450 new characters. One uploaded document therefore becomes several sections, and /learn reports the running total after every upload.
