Roles given automatically, tickets in a private thread. Free on every plan.
Levels
- XP for taking part. Members earn 15 to 25 XP for their messages, at most once a minute, so flooding a channel earns no extra XP. Levels work from the moment you add the bot.
- Level roles. Up to 25 roles, granted automatically when a member reaches a level from 1 to 100. Add them with /levelrole add or from the dashboard.
- Rank and leaderboard. A member sees their level and rank with /rank, and the top members by XP with /leaderboard.
- The level-up message. Write your own and choose its channel in the dashboard, or keep the default, in your server's language.
- Adjusting levels. An admin can set any member's level with /setlevel, and the level roles follow. /resetxp clears a member's XP.
Tickets
- A ticket in a private thread. A member types /ticket and their issue, and the bot opens a private thread the rest of the server cannot see, and lets your team know so they can reply there.
- Closing, with a reason. Your team closes a ticket with /tickets close, and the member sees why.
- Followed from the dashboard. Every ticket and its status: open, in progress, resolved or closed.
On paid plans, AI also sorts each new ticket by urgency and type.

Can I bring my members' levels over from another bot?
Not automatically. An admin can set each member's level with /setlevel, and the member gets the level roles that go with it.
Does ngbot work next to another levels bot in the same server?
Yes, each bot has its own commands. Keep levels on in only one of them, which in ngbot is a switch in the dashboard, so members do not get two level-up messages.
Is there a limit on levels or tickets on the free plan?
Nothing about them changes between plans: there is no cap on members or tickets, and level roles go up to 25 on every plan.
